Website Orders
Orders placed on larupalifecare.com: returns are managed directly by us, and refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method.
Amazon Orders
Returns and refunds for Amazon.in orders are handled by Amazon as per their return policy. Initiate returns from your Amazon account.
Website Order Returns & Refunds
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for website orders. To initiate a return, email us at support@larupalifecare.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Eligible for Return
- Damaged or defective product
- Wrong item delivered
- Product different from description
- Sealed / unused product within 7 days
- Missing items in the package
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Allergic reactions (patch test before use)
- Change of mind after opening
How to Initiate a Return
- 1Email support@larupalifecare.com with subject "Return Request — [Order ID]". Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.
- 2Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with approval and return instructions.
- 3Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Attach the return label or reference number we send you.
- 4Drop the package at the nearest courier drop point as instructed, or schedule a pickup (available in select PIN codes).
- 5Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be initiated within 2 business days.
Refunds
Refunds for approved website order returns are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method. Timelines after return approval:

For COD refunds, we will request your bank account details (IFSC + account number) via email. Timelines are approximate and depend on your bank or payment provider.
Amazon Order Returns
Managed by Amazon
For orders placed on Amazon.in, returns and refunds are handled directly by Amazon as per their return policy. Amazon generally allows returns within 10 days of delivery for most skincare categories.
- Go to Your Orders on Amazon.in or the Amazon app.
- Select the item and choose "Return or Replace Items".
- Follow Amazon's instructions for packaging and pickup/drop-off.
